*Tobacco user is defined as an individual with a habitual use of tobacco plant leaf and its products. The predominant use of tobacco is by smoke inhalation of cigarettes, pipes, and cigars. Also included in the definition of a tobacco user are smokeless tobacco products referring to a variety of tobacco products that are sniffed, sucked, and/or chewed.

All employment offers are contingent upon an acceptable post-offer drug and tobacco screen and a background check, which includes criminal, education, and past employment. Depending upon the nature of the position, credit and/or motor vehicle checks are also included.
