Claim Service
Claim service is a true test of any insurance company. Our auditors personally answer calls during our hours of operation. On average, less than 1.5% of calls are lost to wait time. Our overall claim turnaround time on average is 6 days.

PC-Based Quoting Software
Our quoting software programs are user-friendly and provide maximum assistance at the point-of-sale. These programs are available through our website or can be installed directly to individual computers using a CD.

Performance Reporting
CSO recognizes the importance of managing the business and provides feedback to their business partners on assessing account performance. To this end, CSO provides PC-based profit and performance software designed to track both individual and corporate progress toward production goals.
