As CSO continues to monitor the COVID-19 virus developments, we want to assure our accounts and business partners we remain dedicated to servicing the needs of our policyholders.  CSO continues to refer to our Pandemic Business Response Plan and our Business Interruption Plan to ensure the continuity of our business.

We remain open for business, with a number of our employees working from their homes.  For those of us working at our office, we practice social distancing and limit face-to-face communications.  We are focused on the health and safety of our employees.
